Data Transfers
As a US company, most of our operations are conducted in the United States and in order to provide the Service, personal information will be processed in the United States, where laws regarding processing of personal information may be less stringent than the laws in your country. Additionally, many of our third-party service providers are based outside of China, so their processing of your personal information will involve a transfer of your personal information outside of China. We provide appropriate protections for cross-border transfers as required by applicable law for international data transfers. Whenever we transfer your personal information outside of China, we will inform you of the name and contact information of the recipients, the processing purposes and methods, types of personal information to be transferred and other information as required by laws and regulations and seek your consent.
